These dates are a guide only and we will not be liable for items not delivered prior to Christmas, even if they are sent before these dates.
Christmas delivery dates (NZ):
The below shows when NZ Couriers will be picking up and delivering items over the Christmas and New Year period.
Christmas sending cut-off dates (International):
NZ Post.
NZ Post's recommended sending dates help you give your gift the best chance of getting there in time for Christmas.
Delivery outside major cities, including to and from rural or remote areas will take longer, particularly South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territories, Tasmania and North Queensland. Cut-off dates are targets only.
Sending before the cut-off dates gives you the best chance of getting your item where it needs to be for Christmas. These dates are correct as of 13 October 2025, but may change due to unforeseen service impacts.
DHL Express.
To meet your shipping deadlines and ensure your gifts arrive on time during the holiday season, DHL recommend scheduling your deliveries DHL Express to arrive a day before a public holiday. To ship during Christmas this year, the cut-off shipping delivery date would be 24th December (Christmas Eve). Ensure that you ship ahead of time to avoid delays.
Shipping (NZ):
We use New Zealand Couriers for our local package deliveries. You can find their zoned areas with their corresponding delivery targets here.
Delivery targets are guidelines from NZ Couriers only and we do not guarantee that your item will reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to and from rural or remote areas may take longer. For the purpose of delivery targets, the day in which a mail item is accepted by us is day zero. Orders placed before 4pm on weekdays are typically processed on the same day.

We use New Zealand Post and DHL Express for our international package deliveries. Below you will find the zoned areas with their corresponding delivery targets:

You can expect that items sent overseas will usually arrive at their destination within the timeframe specified. Because NZ Post do not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we cannot guarantee that your items will always reach its destination within the delivery target.
