How we work

We’re a hands-on business. That means no layers of management, no endless meetings, and no hiding behind job titles. Everyone takes ownership of their role, helps where needed, and takes pride in doing things properly.

Most of the team is involved in cars or motorsport in some form, and that passion carries through to how we support our customers. We care about fitment, quality, and real-world performance — not just shifting boxes.

Sales roles — Auckland & Christchurch

Sales is the area we hire for most often. These roles suit people who enjoy talking to customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right solution — whether that’s for a daily driver, work vehicle, or something track-focused.

Automotive knowledge is a big plus, but attitude, communication skills, and a willingness to learn matter just as much.

Do I need automotive experience?

Automotive experience is a big advantage, especially for sales roles, but it’s not always essential. A genuine interest and willingness to learn goes a long way.

Where are roles based?

Our main locations are Auckland (Head Office) and Christchurch.

Absolutely. We’re always open to hearing from good people, even if we’re not actively hiring at the time.
