Fully Custom Radiator
Best for: race cars, one-off builds, older or out-of-production vehicles where no off-the-shelf option exists.
When nothing fits, we build it from scratch. These are fully bespoke radiators engineered for exact fitment, correct hose routing, and a high-level finish — designed to drop into your setup without compromise.

This option delivers the benefits of a custom radiator with a faster turnaround and more budget-friendly price point. We utilise proven Fenix radiator cores stocked in NZ, then fabricate tanks and fittings to suit your exact setup.

Modified Radiator
Best for: builds where a stocked radiator is close to correct but needs a few changes to suit your setup.
This option is ideal when one of our in-stock radiators is already a strong match and only requires minor fabrication work. We modify proven Fenix units to suit your layout, saving time and cost compared to full custom fabrication.
